Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days

We aim to dispatch orders generally within 24 hours of us receiving your orders from Monday to Friday.

Delivery Time

We use Australia Post to fulfill our orders. Please note the couriers may experience delays at this time of your due to backlogs at the depots, so please allow 1-2 days extra for some orders.

Please note all orders that are requested. Authority to Leave do not have insurance once the driver records the item(s) as delivered.

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. However our Couriers do drop to local parcel points that they arrange with local outlets in your area.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order confirmation will be emailed to your inbox within minutes of placing your order. Please also check your spam folder.

Order tracking will be sent as soon as your order is fulfilled, with updates visible as soon as the driver begins scanning your order. 

Damages

If an order is damaged upon receival or if there are any other issues, please contact us at hello@nakedlifesparkling.com.au. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, take relevant photos and send it through via email. Please do not dispose of the goods until advised to do so.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer International shipping.

Reasons for order delays

  • Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
  • Public Holidays
  • Extreme Weather Events
  • Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.

If your delivery is late, please check your tracking link for an update. After this, contact the courier for further updates. If they cannot provide you with an update, or your order has gone missing please contact us so we can escalate the issue with the courier. Please note we can only escalate on your behalf after you have first followed up with the courier. This saves you time and will get you a much quicker update directly from the postal service.
